Los Ranchos olive oil is an authentic « criollo » oil, the only one that can claim its attachment to its land. It's the achievement of a lifetime a French woman established in Fray Bentos who has carried the cause of olive growing in Uruguay for over 25 years. A passionate struggle which has made her the producer of a worldly renowned olive oil, while retaining an elegant discretion. The deep ties that bind her to this country have led her to elaborate a product that she wanted to reflect as much as possible this land, which perfumes, from the eucalyptus tree to the acacia flower, from the bougainvillea to the jacarandas, are so singular. From varieties of European olives perfectly adapted to the sometimes unpredictable climate of our regions, she was able, by paying the most careful attention from the harvest to the mill, to give birth to a unique olive oil, where typical « campo » accents mix with the fragrance of fresh cut grass and artichoke.
